I have always strived to find connection and understanding with everyone I meet. I know what it’s like to feel unheard, unseen, or even stuck in your own life. Everyone has unique qualities that make them who they are and sometimes just need a little help to discover and embrace it!
My journey to becoming a hypnotherapist began with my love of creative language and working with others to solve problems! I’ve always found the most gratifying part of any interaction to be when you reach a moment of clarity with the other person; finding wisdom, a solution, or simply a deeper understanding on past events or the ones at hand. Hypnotherapy allows me to have these interactions every day with people who are motivated to bring about profound and lasting changes in their own life!
When I’m not practicing hypnosis or hypnotherapy, I enjoy creative writing, running, spending time outdoors at our family cabin, and taking my husky on long walks!

Degree and Certification
My journey began with over 400 hours of specialized training with a state licensed school, earning a Clinical Hypnotherapist degree and certification from the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists (IAIH)

Family and Friends
I am blessed to live so close to my family and friends; and in having them support me in all of my endeavors. Spending time with loved ones builds connection, understanding, and a sense of community that I wish for all to find in their own lives!

Everyone deserves to find their own balance in life and achieve moments of true relaxation and happiness. Being content with ourselves, our achievements, and on our progress towards reaching our goals is a positive feedback loop that drives us to climb higher!
