Yoga for Mental Health is a yoga practice designed to help participants increase their awareness of connection between mind, body and breath to benefit emotional and mental health

Introduction to Yoga is an upcoming 4-week course open to anyone who is interested in learning more about both yoga philosophy and yoga postures. It will also provide some emphasis on emotional benefits and how to integrate yoga into daily living.
